Hey, you! You wanna see some pics of our kid? :)
Yep, we are at 16 weekaroos! And I feel absolutely amazing! I have energy, not near as sick, and I can cook again! So glad that nasty part is over {and so is Tyler :)}. They don't call the 2nd trimester the trimester of bliss for nothing! I feel great!
This past week we had another appointment. Tyler had to work, so I went solo this time. I got to see our little peanut {that is what they call the baby at my work} once more. Everything looked great at this stage and the baby was so active! It looked like he/she was doing a little dance in there. Yep, taking after their mama. :)
The other day Tyler took me maternity clothes shopping. I can still fit into my pants, but I thought I looked a little awky in my shirts. Kind like, "is she chubs or preggo" awky. However...lately, if someone asks me if I am pregnant I always say no at first... just to see the blood rush from their face. It's a mean game, but one of my favorites. :)
To tell you the truth, shopping for maternity clothes is discouraging. I felt like whenever we asked where the maternity clothes were, they would reply, "oh, you see those two dresses over there that resemble a muu muu?" Yep, discouraging. Call me the vainest gal you ever did know, but I still want to look cute.
Tyler love and I have been dreaming up nursery ideas. Our latest obsession has been cribs. I know that the babes won't be in the crib at first, however, we have so much fun looking. This is what we are on the lookout for...
Let me know if you have any ideas of where we can find one like this. I love it!

Tyler has some fun news that I am so thrilled about. The company he works for had a job opening a couple of weeks ago. He called me first thing and told me he was going to apply for it. He was kind of doubtful at first, seeing how he didn't feel like he met all of the qualifications. However, we knew we had nothing to lose so he went for it. A week later Tyler was offered the position... um, folks...do know what this means?!?! No more funky shift! When I get home from work he is home, and we eat din din together. It is a beautiful thing, and I am so proud of him. I am afraid I have smothered the poor chap to death, as of late.
I have been praying that this would happen, I just didn't think it would be so soon. Just another testimony that Heavenly Father answers prayers.
One last story, then I am over and out. I was getting my hair done the other day {jumped on the ombre train}, and I had forgotten something. I called Tyler love and he came right over to help me out. He chatted a bit with the stylist and me then left. She said, "wow, is he always that nice?" I of course replied, "yep, always." She then mumbled under her breath, "Man, I should have married a Mormon boy. " I thought that was so funny.
Sure love my Mormon boy.
Hope you are all doing well!
